Retreat massage packages

I am happy to provide massage treatments for 1 or 2 days, any more will need to be discussed.

I work for up to 7 hours of treatment time, so this is why it’s important that I have numbers and a time slot given to me.

My diary for my treatment room is open 4 weeks in advance so more than a month’s notice is advisable to avoid disappointment.

I’m only a one-woman-band but I do have a handful of brilliant therapists I can work alongside, providing they are also available for the given date.

The number of clients I can work on depends on how you plan your retreat timetable. Some retreats give guests free time for a few hours, whilst others have a more relaxed timetable and I will work on clients throughout a 7 hour period. You will need to inform me of how your retreat is structured so I can offer you the most effective treatment options.

If you had 7 guests wanting a treatment, I could offer 60 minute treatments (as the maximum option). Whereas, if you had 12 guests, that would only leave the maximum treatment time option of 30 minute treatments. So it’s really important that we talk through times the guests are available and numbers.

9 or more guests dreaming of massage is what I’d call a large group.

If you have 9 guests or more, who all want massage, we have 2 options: I split the massage over 2 or more days, or I team up with another massage therapist. Please note that this may not be possible due to other therapists’ availability.

I will work for up to 7 hours of massage a day (treatment time- 7 clients for 60 minute treatments). But if the free time on your retreat plan only covers 4 hours, then the massages need to be shorter to accommodate more retreat guests.

Alternatively, you can book me for 2 or more days if you wanted your guests to have longer treatment time options.

Again, I want to highlight how important it is for us to discuss the time you have available for your guests to have a massage.

For 8 clients or less:

30 minute massage £40

60 minute massage £70

90 minute massage £100

For 9 clients or more:

15 minute massage £25

20 minute massage £30

30 minute massage £40

We can edit these lists depending on what you would like available for your guests, numbers and the time we have available for treatments.

All massage equipment and tools are provided by me, so there is no need for you to provide towels or oils. I will even bring my own extension lead!

The only thing you may need to provide is a screen/s if you end up booking another therapist and we have to share a treatment space, to give the clients privacy when un/dressing.

Clients will need to drink plenty of water post treatment, so please make sure that there is water easily accessible, this is not something I provide when working away from my treatment room.

To confirm and secure your date, a non-refundable deposit of £210 is required per day you are booking me for.

This is to be paid by you, the retreat leader, via bank transfer and then the rest to be paid on the day of the retreat, via cash or bank transfer.

This avoids precious time being wasted on the day. If each client was to pay individually, it shortens the time I have to clean down and set up, meaning I could start running late.

I’m based out of Llanidloes and charge an additional fee if travelling 5 miles away, and every 5 miles after that.

When enquiring, as much information as possible please! 3 points that are very important are the number of guests wanting massage, type of massage, and the time you have available for me to work.

As an example: I have 8 guests who would like 45 min massages and have 6 hours of allocated time. This is a great base to work from, I can adjust timings if necessary - maybe to 40 mins if you have a strict cut off with 6 hours.

Other essential information I will need is: the retreat date, location, where you are imagining me working from- room/ space wise, how many guests you have booked onto your retreat, do all guests want massage, have you thought about how many treatments you want to offer them and the timing you have allocated for massage (not the massage timetable, leave that to me!).

When booking, I will need confirmation of the numbers, treatment list option, and your non-refundable £210 deposit.

I don’t need names of clients, I will give you a timetable and we can allocate names depending on how your are running your retreat. I will send out a list of contra-indications, please make sure each client is aware that if any apply, they may not be able to have any treatment - so please get in touch.
